The Scottish Marketing Community has been created to help Scottish business tap into leading marketing advice covering a range of sectors, products and services. Etellect was tasked with developing an online portal to create an online community and to enable members and suppliers to communicate effectively online. The result is the Scottish Marketing Community. Etellect worked closely with TVI in the creation of the site and its content. http://www.scottishmarketingcommunity.com The site is fully content managed and enables community members to update and control their own directory entires. The site is also accessible to W3C AAA wherever possible and validates as XHTML 1.0 transitional. “The aim of good marketing is not to shift more stock or sell more products than your competitors, it is to make more profit - and this applies to all businesses whatever their size”
The site was funded by the European Union, Scottish Enterprise and the Scottish Executive.
