Pinsent Masons required an in-house Legal Trainee appraisal system after their merger with McGrigors to bring the in-house systems in line with each other. This system was to provide a means for Trainees to drive their own performance appraisal with input from their performance manager and overseen by the HR department. This system was to be Intranet based and accessible by all trainees and partners. The system also had to be fully compliant with the guidelines and requirements of the Law Society of Scotland and the Law Society of England and Wales.
Etellect are working closely with Pinsent Masons to develop a highly flexible, intranet based Trainee appraisal system (Exchange) based on our eCMS solution. The power of our .NET solution has meant that functionality could be rapidly configured for integration with our core eCMS system, ensuring Pinsent Masons receive a powerful, modular and functional addition to their in-house intranet. The Exchange application provides employees with real-time access to their records and review forms. Updates to these forms are automatically monitored for any changes and email triggers are then sent to the appropriate party for action or approval.
The eCMS solution provides a powerful and scalable Intranet platform. eCMS has been developed from the ground up with the Microsoft .NET framework at its very core. eCMS enables the rapid deployment of additional business modules to support the dynamic update of content for any business activity.
